This will be a recurring showcase of some of the best bands in the indie scene. It will happening at one of the newest space for full band performance in Kochi. On Stage at Chakkaraparmbu (Near The McDonald's branch)

This is gonna have a lot of Jazz, some blues and hell lotta singer songwriers.

About the artists:-

Sage for The Ages tells stories; of the past and of the future. We combine psychedelic styles and jazz influences to make music for a Dreamer Listener.

Second Nature is the first full length album of the band. It comes out soon.

The band consists of Kirtana Krishna as vocalist, guitarist and songwriter, Sage for The Ages is her songwriting project. Indian pianist-composer Aman Mahajan, Dhani Muniz, an Indian-Brazilian bassist, Raul Mattia Proietti, an Auroville raised drummer, Varun Rao,a sound engineer and vocalist, Anushka Gunputh,a Mauritian-British vocalist.

Charles Nazareth is a musician from Kochi. He has worked with critically acclaimed bands like "Fourth Hue” and collaborated with other artists like Gowry Lekshmi. Right now he is working on his first independent album. He is also a well known music producer and has worked with various independent acts from India and various Malayalam and Bollywood movies. He will be joined on this set by Guitarist Bevan Correya.

Ahin Viswam is a singer/songwriter and a producer who is trying to bring his thoughts and vision through his music. Catch him playing his originals along with the artists Nivin Raphael and Kiran Manoharan.

Navaneeth is an aspiring filmmaker who happened to stumble upon the wonderful medium of songwriting as a way to express himself. Everything he does stems from a sincere love for expression.

Arjun's music reflects his introspections about the nature of life, spirituality, love and pain. His songs weave together a plumage of acoustic indie soul, jazz, and carnatic/hindustani, taking the listener softly on a journey inward— leading to the truth through emotional expression and acceptance.

This is gonna be a night to remember.
